About The Role
We are hiring for a leading multinational organization in the industrial solutions space. The role involves managing channel sales for a mix of consumables and capital equipment across the Karnataka region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand dealer/distributor network across Karnataka / Marathawada
Drive sales for industrial products (consumables + equipment)
Achieve revenue targets and manage business portfolio
Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts
Work closely with channel partners for order generation and closures
Handle pricing, negotiations, and client relationships
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in B2B channel sales
Experience in industrial products / packaging / automation / equipment
Strong exposure to dealer/distributor management
Experience handling 2-4 Cr business
Good understanding of Karnataka / Marathawada market
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Background
Packaging / Printing / Industrial automation
Bearings / Lubricants / Capital equipment
