Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, prioritize, classify, and schedule Requests for Change (RFCs).
  • Confirm the scope of changes, assess dependencies, and evaluate impact on the production environment.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for change and release build, testing, and implementation strategies.
  • Escalate RFCs beyond CAB control to the IT executive committee.
  • Review implemented changes to ensure objectives are met.
  • Monitor outstanding RFCs awaiting consideration or action.
  • Analyze change records to identify trends or recurring issues and facilitate corrective actions.
  • Facilitate process audits and drive continual improvement initiatives.
  • Apply structured global change management methodology and lead deployment activities.
  • Develop and execute change management strategy, plans, and interventions.
  • Work with stakeholders to create awareness, engagement, and realize the benefits of change.
  • Support execution of change activities across global regions and sites as necessary.
  • Track and lead Change Management KPIs to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team, allocate daily tasks, and ensure effective performance management.
