About the Role
The role involves central maintenance of Powertrain functions, focusing on heat treatment and procurement of power train related equipment.
Responsibilities
- Central Maintenance Power Train Function specially in Heat Treatment
- Procurement of Power Train related equipment
- Calibration / Inspection Process Understanding and Its execution
- Planning and Execution of Annual / Periodic Maintenance Planning
- Safety Management and guidance to supplier / subordinates
- Identification of Revenue Budget and Its Execution
- Support to repair activity
- ISO 9001:2015 Implementation
- Implement Education to improve maintenance skill
Qualifications
- Candidate should be BE/B.Tech - Electrical
- having at least 3 to 6 Years of working experience in related field with OEM companies.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Power Train Equipment like CNC, HMC, Lathe, Gantry, Heat treatment furnace, Hobbing, cutting, rolling, CMM Equipment's, Washing Machine, Fanuc, okuma etc.
- Must have good Communication Skill English (To be able to read, write, and talk)
- Must have good Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Knowledge of maintenance of hydraulic equipment and pneumatic equipment
- Must be able to understand electrical/mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of Basic Mechanical Component such as Pump, Valve Working, Mechanical Drives etc.
- Knowledge of Basic Electrical Component such as Relays, Switchgear, Electric motor, Servo motor, VFD etc.
