Responsibilities
Pre-Annealing Tool Management:
Operate and maintain pre-annealing tools to ensure proper preparation and treatment of materials before the annealing process.
Post-Annealing Tool Management
Oversee and manage post-annealing tools to ensure accurate and efficient processing after the annealing stage.
Gas Handling And Optimization
Manage and optimize the use of gases during thermal processing, ensuring correct flow and composition for effective and safe operations.
Breakdown Response And Troubleshooting
Address and resolve thermal Tools breakdowns promptly, analyzing issues to prevent future occurrences.
Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Implement CAPA plans promptly for major breakdowns, ensuring quick resolution and putting preventive measures in place to minimize downtime.
Quality Assurance
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure thermal processes meet specified quality standards and performance criteria.
Safety And Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during thermal operations to maintain a safe work environment.
Team Leadership And Training
Lead and support a team of technicians or operators, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for optimizing thermal processes, enhancing efficiency, and implementing cost-effective improvements to operations.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech/ Diploma Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
Desired Qualification : BE/BTech
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
Min 2 - 5 years of experience in managing and maintaining thermal tools and equipment in solar manufacturing, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
