- Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable deposition processes.
- Address and resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns swiftly, analyze issues to prevent future failures.
- Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve uniform and high-quality thin films, improving solar cell efficiency.
- Implement CAPA plans for major breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures to enhance equipment reliability.
- Conduct inspections to verify thin film thickness, uniformity, and adherence, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during PECVD operations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of process parameters, equipment maintenance, and production outputs and daily check sheet.
- Lead and support a team of technicians or operators, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the diffusion area.

Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech/ Diploma – Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
- Desired Qualification : BE/BTech
- Min 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in PECVD operations within the solar manufacturing industry, focusing on process optimization and equipment maintenance.
