Position: Assistant Manager-Catalogue

Location: NCC,Jakkur-Bangalore

Reports to: Head of Ecommerce

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Content Manager to lead the

product listing, content optimization, and management processes on our digital commerce

platforms. This role demands expertise in product listing, optimization, and collaboration across

multiple teams to ensure the best customer experience and effective content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Management:

o Handle basic product listings, grouping, and self-ship listings on e-commerce

platforms.

o Ensure listings adhere to platform guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.

o Perform regular hygiene checks on product listings, identifying and correcting

inaccuracies.

o Optimize listings for maximum visibility, including SEO and platform-specific

enhancements.

Content Development & Optimization:

o Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop product content

that is engaging and aligns with the brand's voice.

o Coordinate A+ content and RPD (Rich Product Description) updates to provide

detailed product information and boost conversions.

o Manage listing optimization across platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date,

accurate, and aligned with search engine best practices.

Cross-functional Coordination:

o Act as a liaison between e-commerce, marketing, logistics, and technical teams to

ensure content is consistent and optimized across all channels.

o Manage and update product masters to ensure they contain accurate product

specifications and details.

Shipping & Inventory Management:

o Oversee the creation and updates of shipping templates to streamline logistics

processes.

o Manage the Order Management System (OMS) and ensure seamless linking via

Uniware, optimizing order flow and fulfillment processes.

Performance Monitoring:o Track and report on content performance, using insights to improve listing quality

and engagement.

o Use data-driven insights to continually improve the customer journey and content

effectiveness.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related field.

3+ years of experience in e-commerce content management, product listing, and

optimization.

Familiarity with A+ content, RPD updates, and listing optimization techniques.

Experience with OMS linking (Uniware) and managing shipping templates.

Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

Strong understanding of SEO, content hygiene, and performance analytics.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing product content for multiple e-commerce platforms

Knowledge of inventory and order management systems.

Strong analytical skills, capable of using data to optimize product listings and improve

conversion rates.
