Assistant Manager - Cargo Accounting

Job Description

Job Summary:

Serve as a member of finance team, responsible for cargo revenue accounting by coordinating with various departments

Job Specification:

Checking of Airway Bill Rate Audit daily basis

Raising of FN invoices for Customers

Cargo Vendor Invoice Verification and booking in SAP

Verification of Vendor invoices and processing payments

Creating Provisions for expenses during Month close

Liaising with Tax team to resolve GST & TDS related queries.

Status reporting for all outstanding items

Booking of Petty Cash Cargo

Booking of SAP invoice

Any other responsibility assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Experience: -

Graduate with relevant experience of Cargo revenue accounting in airline. Any professional degree will added advantage.

Over 5+ years experience of Cargo revenue accounting function of airline

Skill & Knowledge: -

1. Knowledge of Cargo revenue accounting and other finance related work.
2. Knowledge of Cargo automated revenue accounting systems.
3. MS Office and SAP
