Job Description

  • Execute, plan, and optimize campaigns across various paid media channels.
  • Ideate, experiment, implement, and iterate campaigns constantly to continue increasing efficiency and scale while keeping costs in check
  • Tracking, analysis, and subsequent optimization of acquisition re-marketing campaigns/initiatives on a daily basis.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, lead tracking, and other initiatives.
  • Perform competitive analysis stay abreast of the latest industry trends and product updates
  • Collaborate with different teams such as brand, product, retail, online, category and other business functions to achieve their respective objectives.
  • Manage marketing mix towards user conversion and revenue generation
  • Manage reports within the expected turnaround times set by the channel managers
  • Keep a close tab on campaign performance
  • Daily visibility into campaign performance across channels with forecasting what needs to be changed when, where and how.
  • Managing key performance metrics on all platforms
  • Manage end-to-end campaign life-cycle
  • Manage and optimize online ads campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook, etc
  • Analyzing key platform trends to improve the same
  • Organizing Fixing Data
  • Campaign Data Analytics
  • Cross collaboration Stakeholder management.

Skill required:

  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta and Google with proven experience in successfully scaling and optimizing campaigns
  • Analytical thinking and understanding ability is a must.
  • A highly data-driven professional with good knowledge of presentation and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Someone who can translate data into actionable insights
  • Execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Is proficient in various marketing and analytic tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Adjust, Appsflyer, etc
  • Knowledge of using Scripts in Google ads is a big plus
  • Good at managing multiple workstreams/ projects in parallel.

Prior Experience:3-5 years experience in performance marketing
