WE'RE HIRING | ASSISTANT MANAGER – CANADA PAYROLL

Are you a Canada Payroll professional who knows the process beyond just running payroll

We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Canada Payroll to take ownership of end-to-end Canadian payroll operations, compliance, reconciliations, reporting, audits, process improvement, and team leadership.

Location: Noida

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Both-side cab facility | Subject to eligibility

What you'll own:

End-to-end Canadian payroll processing – weekly & bi-weekly

Payroll inputs – new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, expenses & mileage

Payroll audits, validations, reconciliations & variance analysis

Canadian statutory deductions – CPP, EI, Income Tax & Provincial Taxes

T4, T4A, RL-1 & year-end payroll activities

Payroll reporting, dashboards, KPIs & SLA management

Payroll documentation, audit trails & compliance reviews

Process improvement, automation & system enhancement initiatives

Payroll transition & standardisation activities

Team guidance, mentoring, workload planning & quality reviews

What we're looking for:

5–8 years of payroll experience

Minimum 4 years of hands-on Canadian Payroll experience

Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation & taxation

Experience leading payroll processes or managing a payroll team

Strong Advanced Excel skills

Exposure to payroll accounting, reconciliations & financial reporting

Preferred: PCP certification | Payworks experience
