Roles & Responsibilities: Financial Review & Oversight
• Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Monitor month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports before submission.
Accounting & Execution
• Independently manage accounting, reconciliations, and reporting when required.
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in financial closing activities.
SAP ERP & Systems
• Work on financial transactions and reporting through SAP ERP.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of SAP-generated financial data.
• Support system and process improvements.
Banking & Treasury
• Review bank reconciliations and fund movements.
• Monitor cash flow and support banking operations.
• Assist in managing banking relationships and documentation.
Compliance & Audit
• Review GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants.
• Ensure timely completion of audits and compliance requirements.
MIS & Financial Analysis
• Review MIS reports prior to management submission.
• Conduct variance analysis and support decision-making.
• Provide financial insights to leadership.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support implementation of enhanced financial processes.
Strategic Support
• Act as a coordination point across finance functions.
• Support the Financial Controller in finance operations.
• Assist in finance projects and reporting initiatives.
Skills / Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in SAP ERP.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Exposure to banking and cash flow management.
• Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong review, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
