Responsibilities
- Monitoring the commissioning activities for the various field instrumentation including TSI, CEMS, SWAS, HVAC, CCTV, PA and fire detection systems.
- Preparing the C&I commissioning scope and manpower requirement for awarding the contract.
- Collaborate with project team and fellow engineers to schedule C&I erection & commissioning activities according to the project scope and timelines.
- Validation of various commissioning protocols of C&I systems, interlock & protection logic testing, earthing system.
- Validation of standard procedures of start-up, installation and upkeeping of C&I systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system malfunctions.
- Certify all the test and calibration data.
- Provide training and guidance to subordinates, maintenance, and operational teams on new systems.
- Ensuring the best industry practices and standards followed in project execution.
- Verification of all the test certificates, software licenses, warranty certificates, system back-ups and logic back-ups.
- Coordinating and communicating with vendors, OEMs and suppliers for any commissioning support.
- Arrangement of C&I lab setup with certified master instruments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures during the commissioning phase.
Qualifications
Experience - 05+ years
Education Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. - Electrical & Electronics or Electrical & Instrumentation
