Assistant Manager-Butler

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Butler will assist the Butler Manager to manage and delegate the team as a successful independent butler services, in line with the Hyatt's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and maintaining inventory and supplies, helping to ensure the seamless hotel operations through proficient organizational, planning and excellent guest complaint handling skills. Should have attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining positive attitude.

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or hotel management. Minimum 1 year of work experience as Assistant Manager - Butler or 2 years experience as Team Leader - Butler in a luxury hotel with excellent standards. Vast knowledge of various cuisines, wines and dining standards. Butler training programme certification will be an added advantage.
