Within this larger ecosystem, Tours & Attractions is a new line of business. The key goal of this vertical is to provide Domestic & Outbound Experiences & Attractions to Indian travelers. the Tours & Attractions function plays a critical role in enhancing holiday experiences by curating high quality on-ground offerings, including attraction tickets, guided tours, and activities worldwide. Catering to diverse traveller needs from curated sightseeing to flexible, build-your-own experiences the team combines destination expertise, strong supplier partnerships, and commercial insight to stay ahead in an evolving market.
About The Role
This role will be part of the Tours & Attractions team, where the incumbent will support the growth and analytics charter, enabling the Category, Revenue, and Supply teams in decision making and strategy formulation. Additionally, this role will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives for business growth and performance enhancement.
What Will You Be Doing
- Supporting projects of strategic importance end to end, including managing stakeholders.
- Providing actionable data insights while simultaneously driving the execution of multiple projects.
- Working closely with various departments like Category, Revenue, Product, etc., to ensure all their needs are catered to, leading to business growth for the organization.
- Regularly creating high-impactanalysisas per business requirements on various agendas and reviews.
- Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities to help scale the business.
- Benchmarking competitors and analyzing to scope out new opportunities.
- Working with managementonbusiness priorities and catering to information needs.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA from a reputed institute with 2-4 years of experience in an Analytics Role.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create insightful reports and impactful presentations.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Google Analytics, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Adept at multitasking and collaborating across teams while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
