About the role

The role is mainly responsible for handling and controlling P&L of a business unit. The role has regular interactions with different departments of finance & outside finance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Finance

• Handling business P&L and MIS for a business unit
• Handling receivables, inventory management & related MIS for business unit
• Coordinating with various internal departments and external stakeholders
• Close coordination with all departments ensuring all governance & statutory requirements is complied with
• Driving automation projects
• Ensuring compliance and governance with internal control & ICOFR

2. Controlling and Reporting

• Support in timely reparation of financial statements - P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flows of the company on quarterly and annual basis with detailed disclosures and notes to financials under INDAS.
• Audit support and Co-ordination Acting as SPOC in audit coordination for quarterly and Annual audit,
• Support in BRSR Reporting
• Preparation of Related Party Transaction schedule

3. Governance and analysis

• Balance sheet scrutiny throughout the year
• Establish systems and controls to ensure adequate internal controls are in place.
• Supporting Automation of accounting and reporting processes.

Who are we looking for

Education/Experience:

• CMA/ Inter CA with 4 to 6 years of experience in finance team of a listed company (Preferably in Manufacturing industry).

Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Good knowledge of SAP S4 Hana
• Ability to manage multiple task and deadlines
