Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our growing team at bluSwap. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, new business development, and client relationship management, preferably within the Banking (B2B) or Fintech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales and lead generation to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies for new business development and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent sales performance.
- Identify and target potential clients in the Banking (B2B) and Fintech sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with prospects, clients, and stakeholders.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of total work experience in sales or business development.
- Prior experience with at least 2 companies demonstrating consistent sales performance.
- Early-stage startup experience mandatory.
- Proven track record in outbound sales and new business generation.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Experience in the Tech or Banking sector is required.
- Experience in Banking (B2B) or Fintech is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in B2B SAAS sales or financial technology products/services.
- Established network within the banking or fintech ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
