This role is focused on expanding partnerships with Global Capability Centers (GCCs), RPOs and a select non-GCC enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling B2B IT staffing services (contract/contingent workforce only) or selling other services/solutions and excels at client hunting, and thrives in building long-term, value-driven relationships.
About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead business development, client success, and new logo acquisition for our IT Staffing business.
Responsibilities
- New Logo Acquisition
- Drive client hunting and acquisition specifically within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and non-GCC enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
- Client Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as the trusted partner for GCC clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to align staffing solutions with client requirements.
- Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and client value.
- Sales Operations & Strategy
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end for IT staffing services (contract/contingent only).
- Track and report on pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and key sales metrics.
- Implement structured sales processes and ensure operational excellence.
- Market Expansion
- Leverage industry insights to penetrate GCC ecosystems and diversify into non-GCC enterprise clients.
- Represent the company at industry forums, client meetings, and networking events.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- 612 years of experience in sales/business development within IT Staffing (contract/contingent workforce only).
- Proven success in new client acquisition and revenue growth with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) / RPOs
- Strong understanding of IT staffing delivery models and client expectations.
- Expertise in sales operations, pipeline management, and value-driven selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Established network within GCC ecosystems is highly desirable.
