Overview

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of DMO initiatives that align with global corporate strategies. The position drives innovation in DMO practices, identifies and shares best practices across regions, and provides strong analytical and operational support to regional teams through detailed reports, insights, and performance analysis.

Detailed Responsibilities/Duties

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Support regional teams in understanding market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to expand business.
  • Work with key leaders and management to create and execute an integrated strategy that supports Distributor business needs.
  • Analyze Distributor organizations to identify avenues for growth, improvement, and performance enhancement.
  • Identify weak links in DS performance and conduct deep-dives to address issues and strengthen capabilities.
  • Understand market dynamics and sentiment to drive timely strategy, innovation, and action plans.

Distributor Engagement & Enablement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distributor leadership to align on corporate initiatives and support business growth needs.
  • Interact regularly with Distributors to identify growth potential and understand market operational needs.
  • Recommend Distributor promotions that align with global strategy and drive excitement and momentum.
  • Establish and oversee implementation of clear communication plans for Distributors and customers.

DMO Excellence & Best Practices

  • Coordinate between regional teams and other stakeholders for all DMO-related activities.
  • Support cross-pollination of successful DMOs by identifying best practices, analyzing performance, and communicating learnings to relevant teams.
  • Conduct regular Nutrition Club visits across regions to support alignment, standardization, and operational consistency.
  • Conduct regional Nutrition Club training sessions, including developing training content and topics.

National & Regional Initiatives

  • Support national initiatives related to DS Difference, business growth, new initiatives, and sales tools.
  • Plan and implement corporate sales events, promotions, and distributor qualifications in line with global corporate strategies.
  • Promote national events and promotions at the regional level.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage event and promotion budgets effectively.
  • Manage PR and PO processes for the region.
  • Generate periodic sales data, insights, and reports for review.
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional support teams.
  • Set annual goals for the assigned territory.
  • Ensure ethical business practices within the team and in interactions with the distributor community.
  • Travel as required, including occasional weekends, for national and regional events.

Education Qualification
