Role: Assistant BDM (Field Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hostels and meet hostel owners

Explain HostelWeb clearly (product, features & value)

Handle the complete sales cycle from self lead generation to closure

Build strong relationships with hostel owners

Work independently to achieve targets

Who We're Looking For:

Prior field sales experience

Self-motivated, disciplined, and consistent

Comfortable working with minimal monitoring

Strong ownership and startup mindset

Target-driven and result-oriented
