Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee / Assistant Manager Business Analyst / Instructional Designer / Content Management Analyst

Responsibilities

.Design and Develop Learning Materials

oCreate, write, and maintain instructional resources such as e-learning modules, guides, manuals, and multimedia content (including videos, animations, and interactive activities).

oDevelop content that supports various learning formats and business needs with clear, concise language.

.Structure Curriculum and Learning Paths

oDesign course frameworks, learning trajectories, and detailed storyboards to define instructional flow and ensure curriculum alignment with organizational objectives.

.Build and Manage Assessment Tools

oDevelop and update quizzes, tests, and other evaluation instruments to accurately measure learner understanding and progress throughout the curriculum.

.Ensure Content Quality and Relevance

oCollaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to verify instructional accuracy, policy alignment, and timely updates.

oConduct regular content audits and reviews to uphold the relevance and accuracy of all learning materials and policy documents.

.Manage Digital Learning Systems and Resources

oMaintain and update courses within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring ease of access, technical functionality, and proper organization of resources.

oMonitor and report on the implementation and updates of curriculum and policy information.

.Optimize Learning Solutions and Apply AI Tools

oContinuously enhance learning materials using feedback, analytics, and advanced tools (such as Rise and AI-driven methodologies).

oAssess and refine AI-assisted outputs, implement quality guardrails, and apply best practices to ensure inclusivity and minimize bias.

oGather and utilize feedback from learners and stakeholders to guide iterative improvements.

. Documentation and Operational Knowledge Management

oDevelop and maintain detailed documentation on learning operations, processes, workflows, and quality assurance.

oUphold in-depth expertise in all relevant policies, operational guidelines, and onboarding curricula, supporting effective knowledge sharing and policy compliance.

Minimum Qualification

  • Diploma or Any Graduate Degree

Skill Required

Required skills:

Instructional Design: ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, adult learning principles

Content Development: Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, multimedia production

Assessment & Analytics: Quiz design, data interpretation, LMS reporting

Collaboration & Communication: SME engagement, cross-functional teamwork, editorial precision

Technology & Tools: LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, SuccessFactors), AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia), accessibility standards

Knowledge Management: SOP creation, policy documentation, SharePoint/Confluence
