Who are we

Footprints is India's most trusted preschool and daycare chain, with 230+ centres across 30 cities, serving 60,000+ parents. We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to take ownership of our Organic Social Media (Instagram and Meta) presence and ORM, and to contribute to our brand projects.

What you'll own:

• Instagram and Meta organic strategy, content calendar, and posting cadence

• Follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and Reels performance

• Ownership of all video content shoots and editing requirements through in-house/3rd party editors alongside planning and coordinating content shoots - centre walkthroughs, photo and video shoots - from briefing through final delivery

• Conducting social media trainings and workshops with centre teams to lift on-ground content quality and consistency

• Briefing content and design teams, and editing for tone and quality

• Online reputation management (ORM) and marketing support channel management across the network

• Active contribution to our flagship brand projects, ongoing campaigns and collaborations

You're a strong fit if you have:

• 3-5 years growing organic social media for consumer or D2C brands

• A proven track record of growing brand pages and lifting engagement

• A sharp, human writing and content style with strong market/trends understanding and content judgment

• Comfort with analytics and translating numbers into the next month's plan

• Bonus: experience in education, parenting, or kids-focused categories
