Job Description

We are seeking experienced Process Consultants with a strong foundation in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Digital Transformation to join our Transformation & Advisory practice. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of consulting or transformation experience, preferably with an MBA, and a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, digital enablement, automation, and AI‑led transformation.

The role will involve close engagement with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver process transformation, AI/GenAI use cases, operating model redesigns, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation

  • Business Process Reengineering (BPR): Lead initiatives to analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end business processes, embedding Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and enhance customer experience.
  • Process Automation & AI Enablement: Drive adoption of automation, AI, and GenAI solutions to enhance productivity, analytics, and decision-making.
  • Operating Model Redesign: Redefine organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to optimize resource utilization and improve agility.
  • Change Management & Transformation: Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, smooth adoption of redesigned processes, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand business strategy, operational pain points, and transformation priorities.
  • Conduct current‑state assessments, identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and design future‑state process architectures.
  • Identify, prioritize, and shape digital, automation, AI, and GenAI use cases across functions and enterprise value chains.
  • Drive requirement gathering, process diagnostics, and solution conceptualization for AI‑enabled transformation initiatives.
  • Design and guide the build of AI‑enabled solutions, prototypes, PoCs, and MVPs aligned to client business needs.
  • Support clients in embedding process governance, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
  • Converting business requirements into AI solution concepts that drive process efficiency, quality improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Developing functional and high‑level technical designs aligned to process standardization, control, and scalability.
  • Defining implementation approaches and phased roadmaps focused on quick wins, measurable efficiency gains, and sustainable transformation.
  • Support development of AI use case repositories and value–effort prioritization frameworks.
  • Ensure strong linkage between process transformation and digital/AI adoption.
  • Develop and review executive‑level transformation deliverables, including strategy decks, digital and AI maturity assessments, AI/automation use case repositories, business cases, solution blueprints, implementation roadmaps, and target operating model recommendations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in process consulting, transformation, or operational excellence roles.
  • Methodologies: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, and change management, process mapping with digital interventions
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of AI and use cases across industries
