General Job responsibilities:
1. Detailed process understanding in order to document, verify & get approval along with enlisting of problem areas from users.
2. Envisioning the scope of re-engineering, exploring the problem areas and documenting recommended processes to take care of the system upgradation.
3. Understanding detailed field level specifications describing each screen and data element with Reports, flexibilities and parameterization.
4. Testing & implementation of modules to verify the completeness from requirement point of view and predicting the change that would be setting in with the new modules based on which a change management document is prepared.
5. Technology assignments, which includes process review, vendor assessment and evaluation through POC for various technologies. Analyze vendors for software's and Co- ordinate with vendors for demonstration and other IT requirements
6. To analyze the gap, explore new ideas and technologies and study the process in the operations & suggest improvements in the existing processes.
7. Responsible for support in areas of MIS & systems development / enhancement.
8. Ensuring stakeholder commitment for the utility of the solution & providing training to the users whenever needed.
9. Preparation of the insightful and meaningful presentation concerning the key business process recommendation to the end users for decision-making.
