Assistant Manager - BPEX

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager BPEX will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, support Black Belts and Master Black Belts in their projects, and liaise with project teams, operations, and business stakeholders. The role focuses on process enhancement, training, and organizational process excellence initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work full-time on process improvement and enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinate and deliver BPEX training programs.
• Support and manage projects led by Master Black Belts and Black Belts.
• Contribute to organization-wide BPEX initiatives.
• Collaborate with project team members, including process owners, to drive process excellence.
• Conduct process mapping, project documentation, maintain project plans, and perform data analysis.
