Roles and Responsibility
- Lead the L1/L2 activities of Oracle Fusion applications related to P2P, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, functional specifications, and test scripts.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to bridge gaps between business needs and Oracle capabilities.
- Design discussions for Integrating Oracle applications with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across integrated systems.
- Design and develop custom reports using OTBI and BI publisher, and approval workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Oracle application users experiencing issues.
- Diagnose and resolve basic issues related to Oracle applications, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets using the companys ticketing system.
- Provide timely and effective communication to users regarding the status of their support requests.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting and provide guidance to users on common issues and best practices.
- Assist in training end-users on Oracle applications and troubleshooting techniques.
Resolve common issues such as:
- User login and access problems.
- Basic navigation and usage queries.
- Data entry errors and corrections.
- Report generation issues.
- Workflow errors.
- Connectivity and system access problems.
Procurement and supply chain-specific issues such as:
- Purchase order (PO) creation and approval issues.
- Supplier setup and management problems.
- Inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
- Procurement contract management issues.
- Order fulfilment and tracking errors.
- Receiving and matching PO receipts with invoices.
- Supply chain planning and execution challenges.
- Issues with automated procurement processes and approvals.
Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in P2P, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management modules.
- Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay cycle, procurement processes, and supply chain management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oracle certification in relevant modules is a plus.
