Job Description:
- New Business Acquisition: Actively pursue and acquire new business opportunities, focusing on achieving specified revenue targets. This involves identifying potential clients, understanding their event needs, and presenting capabilities.
- Existing Client Business Expansion: Develop and expand business relationships with our current client base, identifying opportunities for repeat business and upselling/cross-selling event services.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between Expertiz and the client for all assigned event projects, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth Contribution: Directly contribute to achieving the annual revenue growth targets set for the events division.
- Project Delivery Assurance: Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all assigned event projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
- Event Estimation: Prepare accurate and competitive event estimates and proposals based on client requirements and project scope.
