Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for detail-oriented finance professional with expertise in banking operations, MIS reporting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reconciliations. Skilled in SAP/ERP systems, financial reporting, large data analysis, and preparing insightful management reports. Adept at coordinating with banks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations, and supporting month-end closing and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong working relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Coordinate with banks Loan documentation, Disbursements, BG/LC processing, New/Renewal of banking facilities, Compliance documentation
- Prepare Monthly fund position reports and cash flow statements.
- Track loan schedules, interest calculations, EMI payments, and covenant compliance.
- Support treasury planning and optimize fund utilization.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments for timely collection, validation, and consolidation of data required for preparation of MIS reports and management analysis
- Prepare and circulate Monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
- Generate management dashboards and analytical reports for decision-making.
- Prepare reports as per prescribed format including Cash Flow MIS, Budget vs Actual Analysis, Profitability Reports, Balance Sheet Schedules,, Expense Analysis,, Working Capital Reports
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
- Validate report accuracy and ensure data integrity before submission.
- Automate and improve MIS processes using advanced Excel functions and ERP tools.
- Develop MIS documentation and reporting SOPs for smooth operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely collection of financial data.
Skills,Competencies and Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in wagon manufacturing industry
- CA Inter is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Banking operation, MIS Reporting and Accounting Principle
- Good knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Loan and Working Capital Process
- Familiarity with GST and TDS compliances.
- Expertise in MS Excel and data analysis skills
- Exposure to SAP and Ind AS desirable
