About the Role
Troovy is scaling rapidly across D2C, quick commerce, and marketplaces. We need a seasoned D2C logistics
professional to own last-mile end-to-end carrier performance, RTO reduction, SDD/NDD scale-up, and
delivery network expansion as we grow into new geographies. Hands-on, high-ownership role with direct
visibility into everything that goes out to our customer
What You'll Own
Carrier Management
- Own relationships with all B2C courier partners - Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Shadowfax, and
- others
- Run weekly scorecards on TAT, first-attempt delivery %, and pickup SLA
- Lead rate negotiations and manage contract terms; flag risk clauses before sign-off
- Maintain a multi-carrier allocation model balancing cost, speed, and serviceability
Network Expansion
- Identify pincode and geography gaps in current delivery coverage and close them
- Evaluate and onboard new carrier partners to expand reach without inflating per-shipment cost
- Build and manage a pincode-level serviceability matrix across all active carriers
- Balance network growth with cost and performance - no expansion at the cost of OTIF or RTO
SDD / NDD Scaling
- Drive same-day and next-day delivery expansion across priority pincodes
- Ensure cut-off adherence and dispatch readiness with warehouse teams
- Identify carrier gaps for express delivery and activate the right partners by geography
RTO Reduction
- Own RTO % as a primary KPI with weekly tracking
- Manage NDR workflows - proactive outreach, re-attempts, address correction
- Analyze and act on RTO root causes by carrier, pincode, and product type
Cost Management
- Track per-shipment cost by carrier, zone, and weight slab
- Dispute incorrect charges and eliminate avoidable billing
- Report logistics cost as % of GMV monthly with variance commentary
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years in B2C logistics or last-mile ops - must be from a D2C brand or D2C-first environment
- Hands-on experience with Delhivery is mandatory - deep familiarity with their systems, SLAs, and
- escalation structure.
- Proven track record of expanding delivery networks while keeping cost and performance in check
- Direct carrier performance ownership at meaningful volume - not just vendor coordination
- Strong understanding of D2C shipping economics - zonal pricing, volumetric weight, RTO cost
- structure, NDR workflows
- Strong on data - Excel/Sheets, trackers, and dashboards; derives actions independently
- Familiarity with Unicommerce is a plus
