Role Description The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Raichur. The role involves assisting in taxation advisory and compliance, audit and assurance processes, financial reporting, and corporate consultancy services. The Assistant Manager will lead and mentor junior team members, work with cross-functional teams, manage client engagements, ensure regulatory adherence, and deliver effective solutions to meet client objectives. The candidate will also be involved in preparing and analyzing reports and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Direct Taxation, GST compliance, advisory, and litigation support.
  • Experience in Audit & Assurance, including statutory, internal, tax, and forensic audits.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, Ind AS/IFRS consulting, and corporate advisory.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and excellent communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based accounting tools and technology-driven processes.
  • Relevant work experience in Chartered Accountancy or financial consultancy roles.
  • CA qualification or other relevant accounting certifications required.
  • Analytical skills and an attention to detail to ensure accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Proactive problem-solving capability with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Experience in working collaboratively in a multi-location team environment is a plus.
