Automation & Manufacturing Excellence
- Lead automation and digitalization projects to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and process reliability.
- Drive Industrial Engineering initiatives including Time & Motion Studies, MTM, MOST, layout optimization, and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for line balancing, productivity enhancement, headcount optimization, and low-cost automation.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and TPM practices, including Waste Reduction, SMED, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational and production targets.
- Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing processes and support workplace organization and waste management initiatives.
- Lead production teams and collaborate with cross-functional functions including Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse.
- Train and develop team members on SOPs, safety standards, and operational best practices.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions while fostering a strong culture of safety, health, and environmental compliance.
- Minimum 8 - 10 Yrs of experience in Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Engineering.
- B. E / B.Tech as educational qualification
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED, and Continuous Improvement
- Hands-on experience in Automation and Digital Transformation projects
- Knowledge of Time & Motion Studies, MTM, MOST, and Process Optimization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities
