Job Description
Role Summary:
As a Business Associate, you are the analytical powerhouse of the team. You will dive deep into city-level data to uncover trends, diagnose challenges, and identify opportunities. Your insights will be the foundation upon which our growth strategies are built. This role is perfect for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about solving complex problems and seeing their work translate into real-world business growth.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and Interpret Data: Conduct in-depth analysis of key business metrics, including Orders Per Day (OPD), user growth, Restaurant performance, and conversion funnels.
- Develop Reports & Dashboards: Build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to track performance against targets and provide clear visibility into city health.
- Identify Actionable Insights: Go beyond the numbers to find the so what. Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Support Strategic Planning: Assist teams in developing data-driven growth strategies and hyper-local initiatives for a portfolio of cities.
- Enable Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with on-ground sales teams and central functions (like Marketing and Operations) to provide the data and insights needed to implement action plans effectively.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Clearly articulate findings and provide data-driven updates to the team and immediate stakeholders, ensuring alignment on key performance indicators.
What You'll Need
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, strategy, or a related field.
- Expert level proficiency in SQL and advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, is a strong plus.
- A highly analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a structured problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
