Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Review client information including vendor Statement and invoices, etc.
- Conduct a comprehensive email review on various projects to obtain relevant email data
- Demonstrate exceptional interpretive skills of emails and perform data manipulation
- Key driver in driving complex audit claim concepts
- Must be able to justify high claim rejection rates within their audits
- Provides senior level inputs / research on claims challenged by client / vendor
- Responsible for leading multiple midsize to large audit(s)
- Coordinate activities of the audit team (i.e. through audit plan)
- Breaks project audit goals down into individual auditor goals; ensures individual and team deadlines are met
- Track claim production and auditor productivity
- Provide feedback to team on how to improve the overall quality of claims
- Assist in making recommendations to improve PRGX auditing techniques
- Identify and recommend audit management any additional potential claim opportunities
- Works with audit management to determine data needs and to develop audit plan for projects; coordinate data needs with IT; collaborates on SQL and other data processes
- Supports implementation of best practices
- Prepares review guides and training material as per defined standard format, Recommends improvements as required
- Assists team members in evaluating, diagnosing and correcting tool / application problems
- Initiates and follows through with local audit team on process improvement, training & documentation review, etc.
- Assists in conversion of client data to PRGX standard formats by utilizing SQL and other data processes
- Assists in design of project tools
- Helps others accomplish job results; learning new skills, find new ways to help team
- Ensures that all communications to the audit project team regarding the project are timely, accurate and thorough
- Manages multiple concurrent AP-related tasks and smaller projects based on priority and deadlines
- Provide direction and training to less experienced Auditors (i.e. share technical expertise and auditing techniques)
- Provide consistent and contrastive feedback to help increase effectiveness at the audit
- May participate in audit start-up calls, audit planning calls and other meetings as deemed necessary by audit management
- Facilitate weekly meetings (i.e. Discuss audit progress)
- Ability to work with senior managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts. Ability to present to groups across the organization
- Maintain and protect the confidentiality and integrity of all data as per Data Protection Act
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Graduate / post-graduate, preferably from a Commerce background. B.Com and MBA in Finance
- Required 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Strong customer communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills
- Preferred industry experience - Accounting / Retail / Procurement / Data analysis / Finance & Accounting / Vendor management
- Advanced excels skills- e.g.; Pivot, charts, macros, formulas like Lookups, if, sum if, subtotal, etc
- Should have High Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint Etc)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle team issues and resolve them
- Ability to liaise with colleagues when needed
- Ability to Priorities and organize own workload to ensure timely deliverables
- Ability to develop and sustain internal relationships
- Must be able to demonstrate good knowledge of all claim concepts
