Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop aluminum window, door, curtain wall, and faade systems using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with production, project, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of design requirements.

Develop new product designs and enhance existing aluminum systems for improved performance and manufacturability.

• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and customer specifications.

Conduct technical feasibility studies and recommend suitable aluminum profiles, hardware, and accessories.

• Support prototype development, product testing, and validation activities.
• Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing, installation, and project execution.
• Maintain design revisions, engineering documentation, and technical records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, innovation, and cost optimization.

Required Skills:

• B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience in aluminum system design, faade, or building products industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools.
• Good understanding of aluminum profiles, hardware, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
