Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managed end-to-end group ticketing and corporate travel bookings using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
  • Coordinated with regional airline offices to negotiate group fares and secure inventory for domestic and international travel.
  • Ensured compliance with international and domestic airline fare rules, visa requirements, and travel documentation for large groups.
  • Collaborated with internal teams and clients to manage logistics for MICE events, including scheduling, ticketing, and issue resolution.
  • Maintained and analyzed travel reports using MS Excel to optimize booking efficiency and cost savings.
  • Coordinated travel across multiple time zones and managed availability during peak event seasons, including weekends and late evenings.
