Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Air Cargo based in Delhi, OH. The role involves overseeing day-to-day cargo operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and managing logistics for efficient cargo movement. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for coordinating with customers to provide excellent service, liaising with sales teams on targeted revenue generation, and handling budgeting tasks. An integral part of the role includes optimizing freight and logistics processes to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Knowledge and experience in Freight handling and Logistics Management
- Skills in Sales and contributing to revenue enhancement
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the aviation or air cargo industry is a plus
