We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, - AI/ML Data Science Vertical!
The role of Data Science (AI/ML) Assistant Manager is to support the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions while coordinating project execution and mentoring junior team members. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

Work location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Project Support & Delivery
.Assist in managing AI/ML projects, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
.Work closely with senior managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into business processes.
Technical Contribution
.Develop and deploy machine learning models, NLP solutions, and predictive analytics.
.Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Team Collaboration
.Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts.
.Support knowledge-sharing sessions and promote best practices in coding and documentation.
.Collaborate with peers to solve technical challenges and improve workflows.
Stakeholder Communication
.Present technical findings and insights in a clear, business-friendly manner.
.Provide regular updates on project progress and challenges to senior leadership.
.Ensure alignment of AI/ML initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification -
.Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field

Preferred qualifications:
.Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
.4-6 years of experience in data science/analytics, with exposure to project coordination or team mentoring.
.Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and applied AI.
.Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks
.Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and applied AI techniques
.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Technical skills:
.SQL, Python , PySpark, cloud Hadoop ecosystems, Databricks-style environments AI/ML Frameworks , Exposure to cloud platforms.
