Job Purpose: Executive - Sales - Advertisement provides vital support to the sales team, assisting in executing sales strategies and maintaining client communication. This role focuses on data management and reporting while conducting market research to identify business growth opportunities and supporting overall sales initiatives.

- Understanding Media Values:
- Analyze and comprehend the value delivered by diverse advertising mediums within the airport ecosystem, including digital displays, print, and experiential formats.
- Stay updated on evolving media trends and their impact on audience engagement in transit environments.
- Market Outreach and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate advertising revenue and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and nurture a robust client pipeline by canvassing potential advertisers, ensuring sustained growth in advertising volumes and product promotion revenues.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to align advertising campaigns with airport passenger demographics and seasonal fluctuations.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage prospective advertisers by assessing their marketing objectives, budget constraints, and promotional timelines.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients through proactive communication, solution customization, and high service standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending optimal advertising packages that deliver maximum impact and ROI.
- Pricing Strategy and Inventory Management:
- Develop a nuanced understanding of pricing mechanisms tailored to airport advertising inventories, factoring in demand-supply dynamics and seasonal trends.
- Implement flexible pricing models that maximize revenue without compromising client acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate with finance and operations to ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Compliance with SOPs and Process Excellence:
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures for both pre-sales and post-sales activities, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Revenue Maximization and Debt Management:
- Drive initiatives aimed at maximizing advertising revenues across all available channels within the airport environment.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure prompt collection of dues from clients and agencies, minimizing outstanding receivables.
- Technology and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in the advertising industry, particularly those relevant to airports and transit destinations.
- Leverage innovative advertising technologies and platforms to enhance media effectiveness and client satisfaction.
