  • Execute marketing campaigns (offline & online) to generate quality leads.
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, career counselling sessions, seminars, workshops, and campus outreach activities.
  • Build relationships with schools, coaching centers, counsellors, and other academic partners for lead generation.
  • Strengthen brand visibility through local events, tie-ups, and student engagement activities.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management for strategy enhancement
  • Support digital marketing campaigns through social media, content sharing, and engagement.
  • Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online admission enquiries.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents about programs, curriculum, admission process, and career outcomes.
  • Guide students through application, selection, and enrolment process.
  • Maintain enquiry and admission conversion records in CRM/ERP system.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to counsel and engage with students and parents effectively.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events.
  • Analytical skills to understand market trends and competitors.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
