Job Description

The Compliance and Administration Executive will be responsible for ensuring adherence to statutory regulations under the Factory Act and other applicable labor laws, managing administrative functions at the plant level, coordinating with external agencies and government bodies, and supporting internal and external audits. The role involves active participation in plant operations to maintain safety, health, legal compliance, and administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements under the Factory Act including Labour, LWF, Employment, DISH, PF, ESIC, and CGWA.
  • Submit quarterly, half-yearly, and annual returns to relevant authorities such as Labour Office, DISH, Employment Department, and Statistics Department.
  • Ensure legal compliance for contractors working inside the plant.

Liasoning and External Coordination

  • Liaise with GPCB, PESO, TDO, Mamlatdar Office, Local Sarpanch, Talati, and other industrial agencies and authorities for regulatory and operational matters.

Audit Management

  • Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Compile and submit reports and responses related to audit findings.

Training and Development

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external training sessions for staff.
  • Ensure workforce awareness and development on safety and compliance topics.

Facility and Administrative Management

  • Manage and maintain the guest house and rented office facilities in Baroda.
  • Oversee plant-level services such as canteen, security, transportation, manpower, and housekeeping.
  • Maintain a minimum stock of consumables and stationery items.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the work permit system at the plant.

Contract and Compensation Management

  • Ensure timely processing of compensation, bonus, and contract labor bills.
  • Manage yearly and half-yearly contract renewals and returns.

Plant Operations Support

  • Actively participate in 5S activities at the plant level.
  • Collaborate with the EHS team to improve and maintain safety, health, and environmental standards in plant operations.

Education Qualifications:
