Job Summary

Adarsh Developers is looking for a finance professional with strong accounting,

reporting, and audit experience in the real estate / construction industry. The role

involves end-to-end financial reporting, audit coordination, and financial analysis at

project, company, and group levels.

Key Responsibilities

Review General Ledger and Trial Balance along with supporting schedules.

Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow at project,

company & group level.

Handle intercompany and inter-branch reconciliations.

Support finalization of accounts and coordinate audits (Statutory/Tax/Internal)

Assist in financial planning, cost analysis, MIS, and management reporting.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely reporting and audit requirements.

Ensure compliance with IND-AS / GAAP / statutory and tax regulations.

Support process improvements and system-driven reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

CA Article ship experience in Real Estate / Construction industry is

mandatory.

Strong working knowledge of IND-AS / GAAP / taxation.

Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP S/4 HANA or other ERP

systems.

Experience in handling audits and interacting with auditors.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
