This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Ad Sales, based in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager Ad Sales will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and executing ad sales strategies. The role will also include preparing sales pitches and presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, maintaining accurate sales records and staying updated on industry trends will be essential components of the role.

• Experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
• Ability to develop sales pitches, presentations, and marketing strategies
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the advertising industry, including trends and market insights
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using CRM software, reporting tools, and other relevant sales technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in ad sales or a similar role is an advantage
