Job Description

Educational Qualifications:

  • B. Com (Mandatory), additional qualifications like M. Com, CA Inter, CMA (Inter), etc. will be preferred.

Experience Required:

  • 1015 years in accounting in ERP systems and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GST Compliance & Returns: Filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, ITC-04; monthly ITC reconciliation via IMS and Tally.
  • Annual Returns & Reconciliation: Prepare data for GSTR-9 post GSTR-1/3B filings; reconcile GST portal data with accounts.
  • Refunds & Drawback: Monitor and track IGST refunds and duty drawback claims.
  • Invoice & Bill Management: Booking A/P invoices in ERP, ensuring tax accuracy; tracking bills not booked in accounts from the GST portal.
  • Customer Payments: Enter domestic & International customer payments, manage and track post-dated cheques (PDCs).
  • Bank Reconciliation: Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) within ERP.
  • Logistics & Vendor Bills: Clear logistics-related bills and record them in the system accurately.
  • Investments: Record investment transactions, redemptions, and maintain proper ledger entries.
  • GL Code & ERP Control: Create and manage GL codes in ERP; maintain financial controls, handle workflow and approval processes.
  • MIS & Financial Finalization: Generate MIS reports, assist in month-end closures and balance sheet finalization.

Education/Experience

  • MIS & Financial Finalization: Generate MIS reports, assist in month-end closures and balance sheet finalization.

Skills & Tools:

  • Proficiency in Tally, GST filing, IMS systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Experience in Bank Reconciliation and MIS reporting.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management.
