Responsibilities
- Direct Supervision of Purchase, expense booking and Account Payable process.
- Calculation for payment of TDS and other statutory dues as per due dates and its accounting.
- Assist in compilation of information for preparation of TDS payment & filing of TDS and GST returns.
- Assist in reconciliation of GST2B and follow-up for solving the Query.
- Liaise with external Tax Consultant on all direct and Indirect taxation related matters related to Accounts Payable.
- Co-ordinate with statutory audit & Tax audit, ensure timely completion of the same.
- Monthly Financials closing and reporting, including review of provision for expenses & prepaid accounting.
- Timely & quality finance reporting deliverable as per Group financial reporting standard.
- Ensuring all costs incurred are correctly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation.
- Undertake GL scrutiny of the current assets, current liabilities & Expenses account
- Processing payments to vendors and employees advances as per schedule.
- Co-operate & co-ordinate with all outside customers in regards Accounts Payable
- Develop internal control on booking of expenses and payments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1+ years of experience
Work Location: Fort (Mumbai), conveniently located in proximity to CST Station.
Working: 5 days a week
