Job Summary

• Orange Tiger Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Accounts professionals from the Hotel Industry to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, and financial controls at the property level.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the hotel.
• Prepare MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and financial reports.
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost control measures.
• Verify daily revenue reports and ensure proper accounting controls.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate with department heads and management on financial matters.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Hotel Industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Audits, MIS, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and handle hotel accounting operations.
