Position: Assistant Accounts Manager

Location: Conakry, Guinea (West Africa)

Experience: 5+ years

Qualification: CA / CA Intermediate

Industry: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations and month-end closing
• GL & sub-ledger reconciliation
• Production costing, cost allocation & inventory control
• Financial analysis and accounting compliance
• Supervise accounting team and coordinate with other departments

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Manufacturing Accounting
• Production accounting, costing & inventory experience
• Team handling experience (5+ members)
• Strong analytical & leadership skills
• West Africa experience preferred
• French language preferred
