  1. Position: Assistant Accounts Manager (AAM)
  2. Location: Faridabad
  3. Experience: Minimum 6 years
  4. Job Overview:
  • The Assistant Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. This role involves assisting in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing tax filings, reconciling accounts, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The AAM will also supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring smooth financial operations. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are key for success in this position.
  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
  3. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  4. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and standards.
  5. Manage tax filings and assist in audits.
  6. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  7. Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  8. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
  9. Required Skills:
  10. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  11. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
