Job Description

Managing the maintenance of Accounting System & financial statements including DPL (Detailed Profit& Loss Report including Various Analysis), Trail balance, Balance Sheet, FAR, Cash Flow and Funds Flow statements ensuring conformance to time, accuracy and accounting standards.

Preparing MRM (Management Review Meeting) data with Budget Vs Actual & reason of diff's, Inventory ageing with day's , AR, AP, Statutory Compliance slide status with due date & actualize date) etc.

Timely Computation, payment & Filling return of GSTR-1, 3B, 2B reco , GST Annual Return, ITC -04 (for Jobwork Return), TDS, IT, Professional Tax, PF, Advance Tax.

Assisting & Co-coordinating with statutory, IFC and internal auditors, and other statutory authorities regarding audit matters and other related issue.

Ensuring Scrutiny of General Ledgers, reconciliation of various accounts and all other functions related to accounts on day to day basis Day to day query solving/providing support to the team member for accounting and other related matters.

Handle month closing activity included (Provision, GIT, BRS, Depreciation, scrutiny, GRIR, GRPO, Capitalization, CWIP, Payroll Entries, RCM etc.)

Handle & conducting stock verification activity with reconciliation & take the counter measure for discrepancy with involve the related deptt. & Top Management on monthly, Half yealy & yearly basis.

-Statutory & Banking Compliance including review of foreign remittance payment and filing including 15CA/CB.Preparation Foreign Payment Related Documents Like- Advance Payment, Making of LC & Bank Guarantee.

Preparation of CMA data for Bank in their std format

Handle Vendor payment Distribution process as per Term & Condition.

Preparation of cross functional Saving work for Management Analysis.

Sound knowledge of SAP B-1 & Tally & MS Office.
