Role Description

In this role, you will serve as a Virtual Finance Controller for a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. This position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable insights into different operational models and the challenges they face. In parallel, you'll thrive in a dynamic consulting environment, where you can develop your expertise while making a meaningful impact on our clients financial strategies.

Key Result Areas

  • Robust Delivery
  • Ensuring accounting records are prepared & reviewed in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Drive transparency with accurate monthly closure of books and timely submission of periodic MIS.
  • Audit, Governance and Risk Management
  • Ensuring sound quality of financial statements, tax audit reports and income tax calculations.
  • Ensure timely closure of audits with close coordination with relevant stakeholders to reinforce financial integrity and regulatory adherence.
  • Mitigate legal & compliance risks by ensuring adherence to applicable statutory compliances
  • Strong Client Management
  • Strengthening client relationships through proactive engagement, communication and periodic governance
  • Foster retention and growth within the assigned portfolio.

Required Competencies, Skills, And Experience

  • Expertise in IGAAP, Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Company Law & FEMA. Good to have the knowledge of IFRS/USGAAP/INDAS
  • Proficient in MS Office – Especially Excel & Tally or any other accounting software.
  • Confident, Strong communication skill set, Leadership & Client Handling capabilities, Problem Solving & Decision making, Quick learner, blend for tech transformation and entrepreneurial mind set
