Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of executives to manage logistics and related activities including - Logistics

for B2C shipments, B2B shipments, inter warehouse transfers, first mile logistics from vendors to

warehouse.

Handle vendor relationships

Track metrics related to cost, speed and reliability and identify areas for improvement

Support internal teams to handle escalations

Work with finance to manage billing and monthly cost provisioning

Handle ad hoc projects in supply chain domain

What we look for:

Ecommerce or Retail operation experience

Experience of managing a team of executives and handling logistics vendors

Good communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a

fast-paced development environment

Ability to meet deadlines

Proficient in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations

Minimum Experience 5 years
