Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at Little Millennium Pre School, based in Huzur. The Assistant will support daily operations, provide assistance to teachers, supervise children, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include helping with lesson preparations, engaging in activities, maintaining classroom organization, and addressing the needs of children. - Organization and time management skills to assist with daily classroom activities and administrative tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and staff
- Ability to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment for young children
- Experience or knowledge in early childhood education or child development is highly valued
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when working with children
- Flexibility and adaptability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Certification or training in early childhood education is a plus
