Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Vadodara. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office tasks, handling correspondence, managing records, and providing administrative support. This role will also include assisting with customer queries, organizing office events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
